The purpose of this informational briefing is to explain the concept of resilience hubs and highlight examples of how resilience hubs and resilient communities are currently being developed in Hawaiʻi.

Questions by Committee members will be permitted throughout the briefing. For members of the public who would like to attend the briefing in person, a photo ID is required for entrance to the State Capitol. Building hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
