· Key dates for the 2026 primary and general elections;
· Eligibility to vote in the State and how to register to vote;
· An overview of how voting by mail works and alternate methods of voting;
· How a voter can track their ballot after it is cast;
· The process and timeline for tabulating ballots;
· Recent updates to the election laws; and
· Review of the Voter Guide and other information that is available on the Office of Elections website, www.elections.hawaii.gov.
The presentation will be followed by questions from Committee Members (limited to 5 minutes per Member).
