RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT EARNINGS. Clarifies that the requirement to disclose hourly rates or salary ranges on job listings applies to full-time, part-time, temporary, or seasonal employment. Exempts employers having fewer than twenty-five employees, rather than fifty, from the disclosure requirement. Effective 1/1/2077. (SD1)

RELATING TO COMMERCE. Prohibits acquiring and holding stocks and other interests if the acquisition and holding lessens access to health care or increases insurance rates. Effective 1/30/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS. Establishes it as an unlawful discriminatory practice for a place of public accommodation to deny a person with a disability full and equal enjoyment of information related to their services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations by requiring use of information and communication technology that is not accessible to the person. Beginning 7/1/2027, requires each place of public accommodation with 16 or more employees to ensure that all information and communication technology used is accessible to persons with disabilities. Beginning 7/1/2028, requires all places of public accommodations to each ensure that all information and communication technology used is accessible to persons with disabilities. Establishes exceptions. Effective 1/30/2050. (SD1)
