HIEMA; Emergency Management; Emergency Powers; Disasters; Emergencies; Hawaii Community Resilience Hub Program; Preparedness; Reports; Appropriation House Conferees:  Representatives Belatti/Tarnas/Morikawa, Co-Chairs; Shimizu (PBS, JHA, FIN) Senate Conferees:  Senators Fukunaga, Chair; DeCoite, Co-Chair; Inouye, DeCorte (PSM, WAM)
