The Conference Committee will RECONVENE to resolve differences between the last House and Senate versions of the following:

Consumer Protection; Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices; Live-Event Tickets; Short-Term Lodging; Disclosures; Total Price; Junk Fees; Federal Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees House Conferees:  Representatives Matayoshi, Chair; Grandinetti, Pierick (CPC) Senate Conferees:  Senators DeCoite, Chair; Keohokalole, Co-Chair; Fevella (EDT, CPN)
SB 2433, SD1, HD2 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS. Real Estate Commission; Condominiums; Unit Owners; Governance; Education; Condominium Education Trust Fund House Conferees:  Representatives Matayoshi/Yamashita, Co-Chairs; Pierick (CPC, FIN) Senate Conferees:  Senators Fukunaga, Chair; Wakai, Co-Chair; Awa (CPN, WAM)
