"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE CAMPAIGN SPENDING COMMISSION'S ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM,"

The purpose of this measure is to require various campaign finance forms to be submitted electronically through the Campaign Spending Commission's upgraded electronic filing system.

Your Committee received testimony in support of this measure from the Campaign Spending Commission and one individual.

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee is in accord with the intent and purpose of S.B. No. 2532, H.D. 1, and recommends that it pass Third Reading.
