Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.C.R. No. 182 entitled:

"HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO ESTABLISH A WORKING GROUP TO STUDY ACCESSIBILITY BARRIERS FOR MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING NOT COVERED BY THE FEDERAL FAIR HOUSING ACT AND GOVERNED BY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS AND PLANNED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS,"

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose of this measure is to request the Department of Health to establish a working group to study accessibility barriers for multi-family housing not covered by the federal Fair Housing Act and governed by condominium associations and planned community associations.

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.C.R. No. 182 and recommends its adoption.
