"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION,"

The purpose of this measure is to:

(1) Establish and appropriate funds for a family caregiver tax credit for nonpaid family caregivers; and

(2) Require the Department of Taxation to submit annual reports to the Legislature.
