"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE STATE FOUNDATION ON CULTURE AND THE ARTS,"

The purpose of this measure is to explicitly apply existing grant standards to Performing Arts Grants Program grants under the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.

Your Committee received testimony in support of this measure from the Hawaiʻi State Foundation on Culture and the Arts; Hawaiʻi Arts Alliance; Pacific Academy of Music; and five individuals.

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee is in accord with the intent and purpose of H.B. No. 1815, H.D. 1, and recommends that it pass Third Reading.
