          SECTION 1.  Senate Bill No. 2203, S.D. 1, section 2, is amended by amending page 2, lines 13 to 17 to read as follows:

 

     "(2)  This section shall not apply to a law enforcement officer who is:

     (a)  Engaged in an authorized undercover assignment or operation or conducting related duties in support of an undercover assignment or operation; or
