Representatives from the Hawaii Bankers Association, Department of Law Enforcement, AARP, the Honolulu Police Department, the Office of Consumer Protection at DCCA, and Coin Flip will provide updates regarding how prevalent fraud is in the state and what steps are being taken to prevent such crimes. CPC members will be allowed to ask questions and propose legislative ideas to continue reducing fraud crimes for Hawaii residents, and especially the state's elderly residents.
