Expands the definition of "historic property" for purposes of the Historic Preservation Program.  Takes effect 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Requires law enforcement to post notice that a warranted or warrantless search has been conducted on a property if a resident was not present at the time of the search.  (SD1)

RELATING TO CAMPAIGN FINANCE.

Allows an election candidate, treasurer, or candidate committee to use campaign funds for the candidate's child care and vital household dependent care costs under certain conditions.

RELATING TO PROVIDER ORDERS FOR LIFE SUSTAINING TREATMENT FORM.

Amends the definition of "patient's provider" in state law governing Provider Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment by removing language that requires the provider to examine the patient.  (SD1)

RELATED TO PUBLIC PARKS.

Prohibits counties from prohibiting leashed dogs in public parks.  Establishes penalties for leaving dog excrement on public or private property.

RELATING TO STATES OF EMERGENCY.

Establishes the offense of charitable fraud during a state of emergency.  Provides that a person commits charitable fraud during a state of emergency if that person, during a state of emergency proclaimed by the Governor, performs certain deceptive acts or practices in connection with the solicitation of a contribution to assist persons affected by a disaster or emergency.  Retroactive to 7/1/2023.  (SD1)
