RELATING TO THE STATE HEALTH PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY. Amends the functions and duties of the State Health Planning and Development Agency. Clarifies the definition of "health care". Establishes positions. Appropriates moneys. Declares that the appropriation exceeds the state general fund expenditure ceiling for 2024-2025. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD2)
