RELATING TO THE HAWAII BROADBAND AND DIGITAL EQUITY OFFICE. Establishes the Digital Equity Grant Program to award grants to applicants to deploy digital equity projects to covered populations in the State.  Effective 7/1/3000.  (HD2)
