The Committee will meet to continue the hearing started on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 and hear from members of the public who registered to give oral testimony for the measures listed below but did not have the opportunity to speak on Tuesday. The committee was unable to complete the hearing on Tuesday due to time constraints. New written testimony will not be accepted for this meeting.

RELATING TO WILDFIRES. Establishes the Hawaii Wildfire Relief Fund and Corporation to provide compensation for property damage resulting from catastrophic wildfires in the State. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD3)
