The committee was unable to complete the hearing on Wednesday due to time constraints. New written testimony will not be accepted for this meeting.

RELATING TO FOOD SECURITY. Appropriates funds for the continued administration of the Hawaii healthy food incentive program and to provide matching funds to beneficiaries who participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
