A BILL FOR AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE FOUNDATION ON CULTURE AND THE ARTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. The purpose of this Act is to appropriate funds out of the works of art special fund to enable the incorporation of works of art projects into the major capital improvement projects that have been planned or are being planned.

SECTION 2. There is appropriated out of the works of art special fund the sum of $           or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2024-2025 for the integration of works of art projects into several major capital improvement projects.

The sum appropriated shall be expended by the state foundation on culture and the arts for the purposes of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 3000.
