Makes necessary amendments to clarify certain references to the School Facilities Authority used in section 302A-1151.1, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

RELATING TO HAWAIIAN AS AN OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII.

Requires that the Hawaiian version of a law be held binding if the law in question was originally drafted in Hawaiian and then translated into English.

RELATING TO CORPORATIONS.

Requires domestic and foreign corporations to provide their shareholders with reports of independent expenditures and political contributions.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO AUDIBLE VEHICLE REVERSE WARNING SYSTEMS.

Requires the use of broadband audible reverse warning systems (back-up beepers) on state and county-owned vehicles purchased on or after 1/1/2026.  Authorizes the Director of Transportation to provide an exemption in the event broadband sirens are unavailable.  Takes effect 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO THE BOARD OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Limits the discretion of the Department of Land and Natural Resources' Land Division by requiring the Board of Land and Natural Resources to approve all revoked, limited, condemned, removed, or modified public land leases or revocable permits.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO MARINE MANAGEMENT AREAS.

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to comply with Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, when designating marine management areas.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)
