Places the Hawaii Community Development Authority, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, Office of Planning and Sustainable Development, and Hawaii Public Housing Authority under the Department of Housing for administrative purposes.

RELATING TO THE HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Repeals the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation and requires the Corporation to employ an Executive Director to be nominated by the Governor, subject to the advice and consent of the Senate. Makes conforming amendments.
