RELATING TO LIQUOR LICENSES.

Exempts the notarization requirement for renewals of liquor licenses.  Effective 6/30/3000.  (HD1)

RELATING TO TIME SHARING PLANS.

Specifies that primary and secondary plan documents be listed in the public disclosure statement of a time share plan.  Clarifies when the disclosure of pertinent provisions of condominium project instruments must occur.  Clarifies the manner in which the required disclosure of liens, title defects, or encumbrances on the titles of units may be made.  Provides that a consultant's review of encumbrances may be waived upon the certification from the developer that the time share interest is free and clear of blanket liens or that identifies all blanket liens.  Requires the director of commerce and consumer affairs to include in the annual time share plan report to the legislature information regarding developers' certifications.  Effective 6/30/3000.  (HD2)

RELATING TO LIQUOR.

Authorizes liquor licensees to sell unopened beer, wine, and prepackaged cocktails with food for pick up, delivery, take out, or other means to be consumed off-premises.  Authorizes liquor licensees holding class 4 retail dealer licenses to deliver purchased liquor to a customer's vehicle.  (HD2)

RELATING TO TAX CREDITS.

Establishes a nonrefundable income tax credit for owners of condominium units whose association is increasing maintenance fees to comply with a county ordinance requiring an automatic fire sprinkler system or alternative fire prevention and fire safety system.  Effective 6/30/3000.  (HD2)

RELATING TO ALCOHOL.

Expands the definition of "beer" under the State's liquor tax and liquor regulatory laws, to specify that the term includes an alcohol by volume of no less than 0.5 per cent and alcohol seltzer beverages, but excludes certain other forms of distillation.  Effective 6/30/3000.  (HD1)

RELATING TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH PRINT DISABILITIES.

Requires the public utilities commission to use universal service fund moneys to provide free telecommunications access to certain information for individuals with a print disability.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/3000.  (HD2)

RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR UNLICENSED CARE HOMES.

Clarifies the penalty to be assessed on any person who intentionally operates a care facility without a certificate or license.  Effective 6/30/3000.  (HD1)
