The following measure(s) were previously heard in their respective subject matter committees:
RELATING TO THE PHYSICAL THERAPY COMPACT. Allows the Governor to enter the State into the multi-state Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, which will allow a physical therapist licensed by a home state to practice under a multi-state licensure privilege in each party state. Requires the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to adopt rules to implement and administer the Compact. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD1)
