RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST MAUIGROWN COFFEE, INC. Authorizes a new issuance of special purpose revenue bonds in the amount of $30 million, to assist MauiGrown Coffee, Inc. with the operation and expansion of its farm and mill.
