The Committee will meet to continue the hearing started on Monday, March 13, 2023 on the measures listed below. The committee was unable to complete the hearing on Monday due to time constraints. Additional testimony will not be accepted.
RELATING TO AGRICULTURE. Appropriates funds to the department of agriculture for its meat inspection program, including three full-time equivalent (3.0 FTE) inspectors to perform meat inspection services. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO TAXATION. Establishes the farm workforce retention tax credit for farm employers or owners of farm employers who employ eligible farm employees. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)
