RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS.

Appropriates funds into and out of the native Hawaiian rehabilitation fund for DHHL to fulfill its fiduciary duties to beneficiaries.  Requires DHHL to submit an annual report to the legislature.  (HD2)
