RELATING TO HOMELESS SERVICES.

Establishes a three-year medical respite pilot program within the department of human services to provide outpatient health care and supportive services to homeless persons recently discharged from the hospital and non-hospitalized homeless persons who are being moved by police out of unauthorized spaces.  Requires a report to the legislature.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/2060.  (HD1)

RELATING TO CHILD WELFARE SERVICES.

Requires the child welfare services branch of the department of human services to establish a pilot program to develop a modern case management software solution compatible with existing child welfare technology.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/2060.  (HD1)

RELATING TO REPORTS TO THE LEGISLATURE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.

Removes outdated reporting requirements for the Department of Human Services, including the Office of Youth Services.  Effective 7/1/2060.  (HD1)

RELATING TO TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES.

Authorizes the department of human services to provide housing assistance subsidies of up to $500 per month to TANF and TAONF program participants who are participating in the first-to-work program.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (HD1)
