Status

RELATING TO CARBON SEQUESTRATION INCENTIVES.

Establishes the Hawaii farmland and forest soil health carbon smart incentive program to incentivize carbon sequestration activities through incentive contracts that provide compensation for eligible practices by program participants.  Appropriates funds for positions and for administering the program.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD2)
