RELATING TO THE HAWAII STATE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, QUEER, PLUS COMMISSION. Establishes the Hawaii state lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, plus commission. Requires each county mayor to appoint a county committee on the status of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, plus affairs. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD1)
