Elected in 2014, Representative Feki Pouha serves his hometown district which spans the Ko'olauloa, North Shore and Ko'olaupoko communities on O'ahu.

In the Hawai'i House of Representatives, Rep. Pouha is an active member of the Finance; Energy & Environmental Protection; Water & Land; and Ocean, Marine Resources & Hawaiian Affairs Committees.

Rep. Pouha and his spouse Kieiki, married for 10 years, celebrated the birth of their third child and first daughter on President's day, February 16th, 2015, during a brief in-session holiday.  Rep. Pouha affectionately gave her the nickname "Honey Girl."

Rep. Pouha is Hawaiian, Tongan and Niuean.  He graduated from Hau'ula Elementary, Kamehameha-Kapalama Middle and High School, Brigham Young University Hawaii and Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark School of Law in Provo, Utah.

As part of his Hawaiian Studies undergraduate work, Rep. Pouha served as a member of the first crew, carved and helped maintain the 57-foot traditional polynesian double-hulled voyaging canoe 'Iosepa.  Rep. Pouha also helped to document the first crewmembers oral history involving 'Iosepa.

Before completing his undergraduate degree, Rep. Pouha volunteered to serve a two-year full-time Church mission in Uganda, East Africa for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Between his undergraduate degree and graduate degree, Rep. Pouha was an Intermediate and High School Student Kumu (Teacher) at Hakipu'u Learning Center - Public Charter School in Kane'ohe on O'ahu.  He taught Math and Blogging along with accompanying students on weekly cultural lab visits to plant and cultivate kalo and also eradicate invasive limu at Kualoa and Hakipu'u beach.

While in law school, Rep. Pouha was mentored in civil litigation and especially debt collection and the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act.  Ultimately, Rep. Pouha decided not to pursue a career in civil litigation and debt collection but instead pursued a career in helping families in financial services.

Before being elected, Rep. Pouha and his wife focused on building their business in financial services in Utah and Hawai'i.
