State Representative Matthew S. LoPresti, Ph.D. (University of Hawai'i at Manoa) 
was elected to his third term to the Hawai'i State House in 2020 after two years away. 
Rep. LoPresti is currently serving as Vice-Chair of the House Committee on Culture, Arts, 
& International Affairs and also serves as a member on the House Committee on Health, 
Human Services, & Homelessness, and the House Committee on the Judiciary & Hawaiian Affairs.
