As the District 4 State Representative, I am committed to being a voice for Puna in the Legislature.

Representative Greggor Ilagan served in the Air National Guard for six years before he was elected in 2012 
and 2014 to serve as a Councilmember for the County of Hawai'i 4th District. During his four years on the 
council, Ilagan chaired the Planning and Housing committees and sat as a member on the committee of Finance 
and Public Works.

Representative Ilagan was elected in 2020 to serve as the State Representative for District 4 - Lower Puna. 
He is Vice Chair for the Committee on Transportation, and a member on the Committee of Housing and Committee 
on Finance.
