Dale Kobayashi has a unique skill set for serving House District 23, which includes Manoa, 
Punahou, University and McCully. He is a tested leader in business both locally and around 
the world as well as a person serving to make a difference on various issues in our community.

Dale was born and raised in Manoa and is a graduate of Punahou School. He holds an Accounting 
degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Public & Private Management 
degree from Yale University. He has over 30 years of professional experience working in New 
York, London, Tokyo and as President of Bishop Street Capital Management back here at home.
