State Representative Henry Aquino is a member of the Hawaii State House of Representatives.  
He represents the 38th House district of Waipahu since his election in November 2008.

He is currently the Chairman of the House Committee on Transportation, which has the general 
scope of policy and budgetary responsibilities over Hawaii’s state highways and freeways, 
harbors and airports.  He is also the former Chairman of the House Committee on Public Safety 
which oversees law enforcement, first responder/emergency management, and prison/correctional 
systems.  Today, he serves on several House committees including Housing and Consumer Protection 
& Commerce.
