A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to the department of health.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. The department of health shall amend its rules pursuant to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to require that any property having more than one food establishment on the property, whether the food establishment is mobile or non-mobile, make available to customers restroom facilities or toilets, or both, and handwashing sinks.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
