RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF NON-AGRICULTURAL PARK LANDS.

Establishes a mechanism for the transfer of certain non‑agricultural park lands from the DLNR to the DOA pursuant to Act 90, SLH 2003, and chapter 166E, HRS.  Effective 1/1/2050.  (HD1)

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES.

Appropriates funds to the department of agriculture for the mitigation and control of the two-lined spittlebug and recovery of the rangelands damaged by the invasive pest.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (HD2)
