Status

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL SERVICES.

Requires the Comptroller's annual report to the Governor and to the Legislature to include a list of all accounts that were closed by the Comptroller during the immediately preceding fiscal year, and a list of accounts that remain open but that are serving a lapsed program or initiative.  (SD1)

Status

RELATING TO PREAUDIT PAYMENTS.

Increases the minimum dollar amount of payments required to be preaudited.  Allows, rather than requires, the comptroller to preaudit all proposed payments of expenditures under the threshold dollar amount.  (SD2)

Status

RELATING TO ELECTIONEERING COMMUNICATIONS.

Increases the monetary threshold that requires disclosure of electioneering communications.  Requires that disclosures of electioneering communications occur on the date the electioneering communications are publicly distributed.  Classifies election advertisements sent by mail at any postal rate, and election advertisements that are expenditures of an organization, as electioneering communications.
