SB 970, SD1 (SSCR162) Status & Testimony	RELATING TO TELEHEALTH. Authorizes the establishment of a physician-patient relationship via a telehealth interaction, if the physician is licensed to practice medicine in the State.  (SD1)	HTH, CPN/JDC
SB 1155, SD1 (SSCR318) Status & Testimony	RELATING TO HEALTH. Authorizes issuance of licenses to solemnize marriages for persons of a secular or non-religious organization.  (SD1)	HTH, CPN/JDC
SB 474, SD1 (SSCR255) Status & Testimony	RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS. Requires that mandatory seller disclosures in real estate transactions include identification of residential real properties lying within the sea level rise exposure area.  Effective 5/1/2022.  (SD1)	WTL, CPN/JDC
SB 969, SD1 (SSCR267) Status & Testimony	RELATING TO ANIMAL FUR PRODUCTS. Prohibits the manufacture for sale, offer for sale, display for sale, sale, trade, or distribution of certain animal fur products in the state.  (SD1)	AEN, CPN/JDC
