RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL LANDS. Amends certain land subdivision and condominium property regime laws related to agricultural land, as recommended pursuant to Act 278, Session Laws of Hawaii 2019, to ensure condominium property regime projects within the agricultural district are used for agricultural purposes.

RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT. Allows county governments to enter into private-public partnerships for the services and transferring, or joint venturing of one or more of their wastewater treatment facilities to a private entity, or its wholly owned nonprofit management entity, for the delivery of those services.

RELATING TO SPORT FISH. Requires the department of agriculture to allow for the permitted importation of northern largemouth bass and butterfly peacock bass into Hawaii. Requires the division of aquatic resources to establish a pilot project to restock the Wahiawa public fishing area with northern largemouth bass, butterfly peacock bass, or both.
