Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.R. No. 83, H.D. 1, entitled:

"HOUSE RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A PROGRAM TO PREVENT, AND TO ASSIST VICTIMS OF, HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND CHILD COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION,"

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose of this measure is to request the Department of the Attorney General to develop and implement a program to prevent, and to assist victims of, human trafficking and child commercial sexual exploitation.

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.R. No. 83, H.D. 1, and recommends its adoption.
