Status

RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

Establishes an income tax credit of $2,000 for each electric vehicle purchased by the taxpayer.  Requires each state agency to purchase electric vehicles to replace existing vehicles as needed.  Requires all vehicles used by state agencies to be electric vehicles by 2030.

Status

RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

Establishes the electric vehicle rebate program of the Public Utilities Commission to award rebates for the purchase of new electric vehicles.  Appropriates funds.

Status

RELATING TO THE ENVIRONMENT.

Establishes clean ground transportation goals for state agencies on a staggered basis until achieving a 100 per cent light-duty vehicle clean fleet by 12/31/2035, and for all light-duty vehicles in the State by 12/31/2045.

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website.  This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
