A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $           or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 for two permanent full-time equivalent (2.0 FTE) fisheries technician IV positions and operating expenses for the Nuuanu reservoir recreational fishing program at Nuuanu reservoir number four, which shall be allocated as follows:

(1) $           for two permanent full-time equivalent (2.0 FTE) fisheries technician IV positions;

(2) $           for overtime costs; and

(3) $           for supplies and equipment.

The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of land and natural resources for the purposes of this Act.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on December 31, 2050.
