RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY. Authorizes the Director of Public Safety to withhold certain information regarding deaths at correctional facilities or community correctional centers. Requires the director to include in the report regarding the death that is submitted to the governor the decedent's name and a description of the circumstances and cause of death of the individual. Requires the director to cite any state and federal laws prohibiting disclosure of any information withheld. Effective 6/18/2050. (HD1)
