RELATING TO TOURISM. Amends the allocation of TAT for operation of a Hawaiian center and a museum of Hawaiian music and dance to also include development of the center and museum. (HD1)

Authorizes a pharmacy to provide a customized patient medication package to any patient of an institutional facility or any member of the general public upon consent, with a valid prescription, and in compliance with labeling and dispensing requirements. RELATING TO HEALTH. Requires the dispensing of a pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonist to be reported to the State's electronic prescription accountability system. (HD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH. Amends the definitions of "dangerous to others" and "dangerous to self" to include the refusal to take psychiatric medication or undergo mental health treatment such that self-inflicted violence or violence to others is probable. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (HD1)

Requires all United States mainland milk shipped to and sold in Hawaii to be single pasteurized only and comply with all handling, transportation, and distribution requirements of the federal Food Safety Modernization Act, including handling procedures, temperature verifications, and proper refrigerated transportation of all perishable foods. Requires any processed milk or milk product to be entirely produced in the State in order to be labeled with any term or slogan that might imply that the milk or milk products are produced locally.
