RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS.

Extends the deadline for the Legislative Reference Bureau to complete the study to the Legislature on existing federal Title IX enforcement practices and procedures on the federal level and in other jurisdictions.  Requires LRB to make a report to the legislature no later than August 1, 2019.  (HB483 HD2)

RELATING TO STATE FUNDS.

Establishes the repair and maintenance special fund for the repair and maintenance of state department facilities.  Prohibits fund moneys from funding employee salaries and costs or from being considered as part of the employer's ability to pay those costs.  Appropriates funds.

RELATING TO GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS.

Reduces the number of paper copies of government publications required to be deposited with the State Publications Distribution Center.  Requires state and county agencies to deposit an electronic copy with the State Publications Distribution Center in a format as prescribed by the State Librarian.  (HB901 HD1)
