Makes an appropriation into and out of the research and development special fund for the research and development program of the Hawaii technology development corporation.

Appropriates funds for the fiscal biennium 2019-2021 operating budget of the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism programs under the purview of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Economic Development and Business.

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website.  This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
