RELATING TO HAWAIIAN CULTURAL RESERVES Requires the counties to provide for the establishment of Hawaiian cultural reserves as a condition of approval and development of certain types of subdivisions and condominium property regimes on agricultural and rural lands that include the construction of dwellings.
