Specifies that coverage for telehealth under the State's medicaid managed care and fee-for-service programs includes psychiatric services delivered via telehealth through a behavioral health care manager who is present in a primary health care provider's office.  Takes effect 7/1/2075.  (SD1)

Requires the ERS actuary to conduct annual stress tests of the system.  Directs the ERS board to submit annual reports of the tests to the legislature.  Takes effect 1/7/2059.  (SD1)

RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH PENALTIES.

Amends fines for Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health violations and requires the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to adjust the penalties each year pursuant to federal law.  Requires the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to report to the Legislature each year.  Takes effect on 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH.

Specifies that the authorized benefit for acupuncture treatments allowed under personal injury protection benefits provided through motor vehicle insurance shall be capped at thirty visits and tied to the charges, and any subsequent increases in charges, permissible under the workers' compensation supplemental medical fee schedule.  Clarifies that the combined total of naturopathic and chiropractic treatments allowed under personal injury protection benefits provided through motor vehicle insurance may not exceed thirty visits.  Effective 7/1/2112.  (SD1)
