HB1585 HD1 (HSCR929) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII. Appropriates funds to UH for positions to implement capital improvement projects.  (HB1585 HD1)	HRE, WAM
HB1594 HD1 (HSCR764) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII PROMISE PROGRAM. Establishes the University of Hawaii Promise Program to provide scholarships for the unmet direct cost needs of qualified students enrolled at any campus of the University of Hawaii system.  Appropriates funds to establish and implement the program.  (HB1594 HD1)	HRE, WAM
