DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB1162 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII PROMISE PROGRAM. Establishes the University of Hawaii Promise Program to provide scholarships for the unmet direct cost needs of qualified students enrolled at any campus of the University of Hawaii system.  Appropriates funds to establish and implement the program. SB1161 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII. Prohibits the University of Hawaii board of regents from increasing tuition fees until 2027.  Requires the university to report to the legislature regarding tuition increases and the university's repair and maintenance costs.	HRE, WAM
