Proposes an amendment to article V, section 6, of the Hawaii State Constitution to provide that the attorney general be elected as a nonpartisan elected official rather than appointed by the governor.

RELATING TO BOARD MEMBER TERMS FOR THE BOARD OF NURSING AND THE BOARD OF SPEECH PATHOLOGY AND AUDIOLOGY.

Amends the board member terms in sections 457-3 and 468E-6(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, from three years to four years to align the terms of members of the Board of Nursing and the Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology with the terms of members of the other twenty-three boards and commissions under the Professional and Vocational Licensing Division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

Allows the Board of Nursing to more fully participate in Nursys, a national database for nurse licensees by sharing license and disciplinary action information.
