Work is currently in the environmental compliance and preliminary engineering phase.  This meeting is being held to support the National Environmental Policy Act and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act as well as applicable Hawaii Revised Statutes.  The meeting is scheduled at the following location and time.
